Cancellation Policy
To Cancel or Reschedule your appointment please contact the office 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a $25 fee. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: We ask our clients to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment to ensure we start the service at the pre-scheduled time. There is a 5 minute grace period for all appointments. Any additional time beyond the grace period will be deducted from the overall session time. For example, arriving 10 minutes late will result in the paid session being reduced by 5 minutes. Prices are not prorated.
